When Charlotte the sheep fell pregnant out of wedlock, she became the black sheep of the flock and headed off to the neighbouring farm with her new baby Lucy the Lamb. While sweet little Lucy fitted in beautifully, it took Charlotte a few months of therapy to process the transition. Frank the Frog mistook Charlotte’s deep thinking as her being judgmental, but nothing could be further from the truth: she’s merely a sweet mother sheep with a shady past. The creature that broke the ice with Charlotte was Herbie the Horse, but that’s another story. These days Charlotte is a beautiful black sheep with a heart of gold.

Charlotte the Sheep is always sleepy. She’s currently learning to count, using her fellow flock to do so but only gets so far before it’s time to lie down. Counting has become very important now Charlotte has been recruited as the lead guitarist for The Farm Buddies Folk Band. She’d hate to let Bill the Duck down so is practicing every night counting sheep before bed.

Little Lucy was always too bubbly to shoulder responsibility for her mother Charlotte’s past: Charlotte was the black sheep of her flock before they arrived at the farm. He loves spending lazy Spring afternoons sunbaking in the daisy fields while getting mites out of his shaggy coat. Henry does feel some regret, however, that he wasn't able to find the Loch Ness Monster before they left their farm in Scotland. Oh well, not to worry Bill the Duck & Frank the Frog told Henry ALL about the legendary Bunyip hiding in their farm lake. Henry mooed & stamped his hooves in delight when he heard a new quest is just what he needs to while away the hours.

Heidi the Highland cow is perhaps the most limber heifer in all of Scotland. She has always been a dancer & though she was an accomplished ballerina in her younger years, she has turned her attention to traditional Highland Dancing, of which she & her now husband, Henry, are reigning champions three years in a row. They met at a Scottish dance event called a cèilidh at a humble pub in Glasgow. After catching eyes across the smoky bar, Henry bought her a wee dram of fancy Islay whiskey & whisked her into his hoofed arms. Ever since, the two have been inseparable & simply cannot stop dancing together. Plus, now that they are embarking on a Working Holiday to the Nana Huchy Farm in Australia, Heidi is hoping to become an expert in the Nutbush!

Sam is a sheep, well, he's a sheepish at least. He's desperate to join the farmyard band with his drum-playing sister, Charlotte the Sheep, but he´s just so nervous. He´s talented though, playing a mean guitar. This is particularly impressive when you consider he has hooves instead fingers. Sammy the Sheep was an unusual sheep from birth, because he always slept on his back and often napped during the daytime. It may have been a consequence of his massive appetite (he covers the farm’s largest paddock in under an hour). You can most often find Sammy eating or napping next to his best little friend Lucy the Lamb.
