He prides himself on punctuality and perfectly sorted envelopes, though things can get a little hectic at times – he once accidentally delivered Timmy Turtle’s shell cleaner to Ricky Rain Frog!

Derreck always makes sure letters arrive safe, sealed... and ever so slightly drooled on. (It’s a mark of authenticity, apparently.)
